ARE YOUR BOAT RENTALS ON THE WATER?
No, but we’re just a short drive away in Page Arizona. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are the concessionaires of Lake Powell, which means WE are not allowed to launch MasterCraft Lake Powell rental boats which is the responsibility of the renter. GETTING TO THE LAKE section below explains details on renting your MasterCraft boat from MasterCraft Lake Powell.
DO YOU OFFER HOUR OR HALF-DAY RATES?
No, we only offer full day rentals.
WHAT IS THE PICKUP AND RETURN TIME?
Pickup is anytime after 9:00 am; return anytime before 5:00 pm. Please be aware that Page, Arizona, is only a few miles from the Utah border. Utah observes daylight saving time during the summer and is one hour ahead. If you use a mobile phone to keep time, your phone may sporadically switch time zones.
DO YOU RENT AT BULLFROG MARINA?
No, Bullfrog Marina is 286 miles (5 hours) away from our location. We are located in Page, Arizona only a few miles from the Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas. CLICK HERE for our dealership location.
DO I NEED A DRIVER’S LICENSE OF SPECIAL PERMIT?
No. If you are over 21 years old to rent and operate a MasterCraft Lake Powell rental.
WHAT MONTHS ARE YOU OPEN FOR BUSINESS?
We are open during the peak season from May15 to Sept. 15th, Monday-Sunday, 9am to 6pm. Our off-season business hours are Sept. 16th to May 14th, Tuesday-Friday, 9am to 6pm. Check our CONTACT US page for more info. Lake Powell warms up in May and June, with water temperatures averaging 67ºF/19ºC. July, August and September offer warmer water averages of 78ºF/25ºC. We offer Year-round boat rentals but be advised that water temperatures drop as low as 50ºF/10ºC during the winter months.
GETTING TO THE LAKE
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in the City of Page on 655 Haul Rd., 8.5 miles from Wahweap Marina (about 15-minute drive) and 9.5 miles from Antelope Point Marina (about 14-minute drive). Check our CONTACT US page for directions to our store.
DO I HAVE TO TRANSPORT THE BOAT TO LAKE POWELL?
Yes. Due to National Park Service regulations, you must transport, launch and retrieve the boat rental yourself. There are 3 launch ramps on Lake Powell near Page, Arizona: Wahweap Marina (Main Launch Ramp or Stateline Launch Ramp) and Antelope Point Marina (Public Launch Ramp).
DOES THE BOAT COME ON A TRAILER?
Yes, your boat is ready for pickup on a trailer.
WHAT DO I NEED TO TOW THE TRAILER?
I’VE NEVER LAUNCHED A BOAT BEFORE, IS IT DIFFICULT?
No, and we will teach you! Our customers travel from around the world and most have never launched a boat. Safety is our number one priority and we want you to feel comfortable launching and retrieving the boat. If you take normal precautions and reasonable care, you’ll have a safe and memorable vacation.
DOES THE MARINA OFFER A VALET SERVICE?
Yes. If you do not wish to launch or retrieve your own watercraft, Antelope Point Marina offers a valet service and will launch and retrieve the watercraft for you. This service is available at Antelope Point Marina Dry Storage for $35. Reservations for valet service are not required.
IS THERE A FEE TO ENTER LAKE POWELL?
Yes, Lake Powell is part of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and the National Park Service charges a fee to enter the lake. The fee is $20 for a 1-7 Day Vehicle Pass. If you plan to visit more than one National Park throughout the United States on your vacation, we recommend the America the Beautiful pass for $80, which gives access to any National Park for one year. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
WILL MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD BE CHARGED WHEN I MAKE THE RESERVATION?
Yes, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount to guarantee your rental. The remainder 50% rental fee is due upon arrival.
HOW DOES THE SECURITY DEPOSIT (CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION) WORK?
The security deposit is $2500 authorization hold for each boat. Security deposits help cover problems or accidents that may occur during a reservation. At the time of rental, an authorization hold will be secured on the credit or debit card provided. These funds will not be available for your use. The authorization hold will be released minus any damages. The time it takes to release this authorization hold depends on your bank and is beyond the control of MasterCraft Lake Powell.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH?
Yes. However, to release a watercraft to you at rental pick-up time, you must provide the security deposit using a credit card or debit card.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancelled reservations will result in the forfeit of your reservation deposit (50% of the boat rental). Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time the modification is requested. We will make any attempt to accomodate any requests for reservation modification.
EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION
ARE LIFE JACKETS PROVIDED?
Yes. We provide life jackets with each rental. All passengers must wear a Type I, II, III life jacket (PFD) that is U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) approved with all fasteners and closures secured according to the manufacturer’s design and recommended use. Further, the life jacket must be adjusted for a snug fit and worn at all times. It’s the law.
WHAT ABOUT COAST GUARD REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT?
All MasterCraft Lake Powell rental boats have the required Coast Guard Safety Equipment free of charge. The items included in this safety pack can include Orange Flag (to alert other boaters of riders in the water), Bail Bucket, Safety Oar, Throw Cushion, and Signaling Device. All items are checked in and out with the boat. Renters will be charged for missing items.
IS FUEL INCLUDED?
All rentals are full when you pick them up and must be returned full to avoid extra charges. Equipment uses Premium Unleaded gasoline ONLY and refueling instructions are provided during pickup. Missing fuel will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per gallon.

IS RENTAL INSURANCE AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, there are currently no insurance companies / policies available for boat rentals. You are responsible for any damage or repairs to the boat.
WHAT ACCESSORIES DO YOU OFFER FOR RENT?
We off a wide range of surfboards, wakeboards, water skis, kneeboards and tube packages for rent. When making an online reservation, you have the option to include additional accessories.
CAN BOATS BE OPERATED AT NIGHT?
No. It is illegal to operate a boat between sunset and sunrise.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHERE TO GO ON THE LAKE?
If you are unfamiliar with Lake Powell, we suggest you check the marina where you launch, or go online and download a Lake Powell map to guide you while on the water.
IS THERE STORAGE ON THE BOAT?
Each boat model has multiple storage areas. CLICK HERE to see the NXT22 storage compartments. CLICK HERE to see the X30 storage compartments. CLICK HERE to see the X23 storage compartments. Under normal riding conditions, items in the storage areas typically will stay dry, but it’s never a guarantee. Our storage compartments are typically big enough to store all the boating gear, food and towels to keep the decks clear.
ARE INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS PERMITTED?
Yes, if you are over the age of 21, you can rent and operate MasterCraft Lake Powell boat rentals. We suggest you carry some form of identification, such as your driver’s license, in the unlikely event the National Park Service stops you.
Federal and State (Arizona or Utah) boating laws apply on the waters of Lake Powell. You must be over 21 years old to rent and operate MasterCraft Lake Powell’s rental boats.

All boat rentals are full when you pick them up and must be returned full to avoid extra charges. The equipment uses Premium unleaded gasoline ONLY and refueling instructions are provided during pickup. If fuel is needed, you can refuel at the floating marina or on the trailer in the city after pulling the boat out of the water.
Due to National Park Service regulations, you must transport, launch and retrieve the watercraft rental yourself. If your vehicle does not have towing capabilities, you will need to reserve a tow vehicle for an additional $89 while making your online reservation.
